Aussie-built Getaway Pod XTD is a new lightweight off-road trailer loaded up for off-grid camping

A tough new pod camper that's designed, engineered and built in Australia and loaded up for off-grid 'glamping', has made its debut at the 2024 Brisbane 4x4 Show.

The Getaway Pod XTD is described as a "compact lightweight teardrop camper" although its shape is more boxy than a traditional teardrop style trailer, to give it a bit more storage as well as interior stretch-out space.
